FOCUS ON HEALING

Focus on Healing

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO HEAL

Healing has been on my mind – all of it.
As in all parts of healing, that is:

💚 physical
💙 mental
❤️ emotional
💜 spiritual
🌎 environment

Sometimes it’s possible to get by with just focusing on one depending on

Who you are
Where you are at
What’s going on in your life
What you already have completed
What your physical environment is like (electrical fields, water underground, conditions that you grew up with etc etc

But if the spaghetti is still not sticking to the wall, most likely your solution is located in one of these other components.

If someone does not want to do anything they don’t have to do anything of course – that’s a soul choice.

And if they are looking for answers then one place to start is the above categories: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and environment

We have become so disconnected from the whole that it’s completely understandable to have missed this.

Healing applies to anything we interact with be it a physical ailment or a challenging relationship.

Just a heads up –  I’ll be hosting a 3-day healing retreat at a beautiful location in Galway Ireland.

Not just me though, We will be working with the 5 elements of Qigong with the fabulous Nessa Ryan, mindfulness with the fabulous Jacqueline Hefferman, and bringing in one of my yogi friends depending on their availability – for Kundalini Yoga with the fabulous Jennifer Greenlees Holistics.

In order to deal with these hard to reach inner spaces, I will be using my specialties as an RTT® practitioner and Emotional Reset™️ sessions, nutritious food, sauna, fire pits and grounding.

If this sounds like something that you would like to be part of with this healing tribe and aligning with thriving comment below or send me a message and I’ll keep you in the loop for the Heal and Thrive Retreat in Ireland later this year

I did some recon at the location this past weekend, an impressive and large Irish Mansion, grounds with old growth trees, newly installed sauna, ice bath and a short walk a hill, home of a Fairy King, a fairy Glen and a noted resting place of Queen Maeve and also Ceasair, the female leader of the earliest inhabitants of Ireland, legend has it she arrive with her boat of 50 women and three men.

It’s just three days, with time in between – permission to do nothing and opportunities to do many things to heal all aspects.

Send me a message at ailish (@) ailish (dot) com if you are interested in joining.

Below is a picture of what is undoubtedly (to me) a fairy glen.  Local mythology and legand state that from the inside of the hill somewhere is reportedly an entrance to an underground world.
